Head of Transformation & Strategy Delivery

IAG Cargo is seeking a Head of Transformation to drive fundamental change from inception to delivery within the Strategy and Transformation Office. You will partner with the CET and senior leaders to shape and execute initiatives, translating strategy into tangible improvements and measurable outcomes.

In this role you will challenge and influence across the business, ensuring programmes meet core change pillars while delivering KPI improvements and a high-performance culture.
