Head of Transactional Finance & GL Operations

Lucy Group is seeking an experienced Lead of the Transactional Team to oversee AP, Credit Control, and General Ledger operations. You will provide leadership, ensure accurate financial processing, and support month-end reporting for the group.

You will manage a team of 6 with 3 direct reports, driving control improvements, tax compliance, and audit readiness across the function. The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA and strong communication with stakeholders.
