Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedHead of Total Reward to lead and evolve our global reward strategy for a high-growth, international technology organisation. This is a senior, highly visible role with significant influence across the organisation, partnering closely with executive leadership, People Partners, Finance, and Legal teams globally.
Strategy & Leadership- Define and lead the global Total Reward strategy across compensation, benefits, pensions, incentives, equity, and recognition.
- Ensure reward frameworks are aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and organisational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Board on reward-related matters.
- Own global job architecture, levelling, and market benchmarking.
- Design and manage annual compensation review cycles, bonus schemes, and long-term incentive plans (LTIPs/equity).
- Ensure pay for performance principles and internal equity are consistently applied.
- Lead the design and governance of competitive, locally relevant benefits and wellbeing programmes across multiple countries.
- Balance global consistency with regional flexibility and compliance.
- Ensure reward practices comply with local legislation, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead pay transparency, pay equity, and gender/ethnicity pay gap analysis and reporting.
- Develop strong reward governance, policies, and controls.
- Use data and analytics to inform reward decisions and provide insight on cost, competitiveness, and outcomes.
- Build compelling reward narratives for stakeholders using clear, evidence-based insights.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Total Reward team.
- Partner effectively with Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
- Proven experience in a seniorTotal Reward or Reward Leadership role within a technology or fast-paced international environment.
- Deep expertise across compensation, benefits, incentives, and equity plans.
- Strong understanding of global reward governance and multi-country complexity.
- Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident operating at executive and Board level.
- Experience leading and developing specialist reward teams.
