Head of Therapies & Clinical Psychologist (Inpatient MH)

Active Care Group is seeking a Head of Therapies / Clinical or Counselling Psychologist for Holybourne Hospital in Roehampton. The role combines clinical leadership with senior management responsibilities within a 37.5-hour week, site-based in an intensive mental health inpatient setting.

You will lead a multidisciplinary Therapy Team, ensure evidence-based care, contribute to governance, and drive service development alongside the SMT.
