Head of Therapies

The role:

Equilibrium Healthcare are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work across three of our services. You will be supporting individuals with a diverse range of mental health challenges.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week)

• You are an innovative and motivated individual working with residents to achieve therapeutic goals.
• You will work proactively, managing a designated caseload.
• You will work collaboratively with residents to identify personal goals as part of their care plans.
• You will monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment in order to ensure effectiveness.
• You enjoy being part of a diverse, high performing team.
• Driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential.

Summary

Salary: £37,000-£45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
