Job Description

Equilibrium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support individuals with diverse mental health challenges across three of our services.

Main duties of the job
  • Work proactively to manage a designated caseload.
  • Collaborate with residents to identify personal goals as part of their care plans.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and modify treatments to ensure effectiveness.
  • Support residents in achieving therapeutic goals.
  • Be an active, motivated participant in a diverse, high-performing team.

Job responsibilities

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Additional information

This position is subject to a DBS check due to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.

Salary: £37,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
