Job Description
Equilibrium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support individuals with diverse mental health challenges across three of our services.
Main duties of the job- Work proactively to manage a designated caseload.
- Collaborate with residents to identify personal goals as part of their care plans.
- Monitor, evaluate, and modify treatments to ensure effectiveness.
- Support residents in achieving therapeutic goals.
- Be an active, motivated participant in a diverse, high-performing team.

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £37,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
