Head of Theatre Retail & E Commerce

The National Theatre is seeking a Head of Retail to lead the Retail Team across onsite, online and ancillary channels. This is a senior commercial role combining strategy, customer insight and operational excellence to make the National Theatre's retail offer the world's premier theatre retail experience.

You will shape product strategy, buying, merchandising and e-commerce, drive revenue growth and profitability, and participate in the Senior Management Forum to help steer the organisation's
