Head of Technical & Quality Assurance (m/w/x)

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our location in Mäder as soon as possible:

Head of Technical & Quality Assurance
Full-time - 38.5 hours/week

• Ensure compliance with and further development of quality standards and processes across all brands of the Huber Group (Huber, Hanro, Skiny, Hom, Gossard)
• Act as the central point of contact for quality-related topics and foster collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and industry associations
• Lead and support an international quality team across China, Hungary, and Austria - including lab teams and quality inspectors
• Define inspection criteria, testing frequencies, and manage quality complaints along the supply chain
• Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions as well as quality documentation and inspection guidelines
• Ensure compliance with key international certifications (OEKO-TEX, Step by OEKO-TEX) and legal requirements (e.g. CSRD, Supply Chain Due Diligence)
• Respond to sustainability inquiries and customer-specific quality questionnaires

• Degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably with a focus on quality management, textile engineering, or a similar discipline
• Several years of professional experience in international quality management, ideally in the textile or consumer goods industry
• Proven leadership experience in an intercultural environment
• Solid knowledge of relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g. ISO, OEKO-TEX, AQL, CSRD)
• Excellent English & German skills (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel internationally
