Head of Technical

Hays is exclusively recruiting a Head of Technical for an established engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Lincoln specialising in ammunitions.

Leading Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering, this is a senior leadership role with a particular focus on technical governance and ensuring product design translates effectively into controlled, repeatable manufacturing processes.

The successful individual will help strengthen engineering processes, documentation, change control and communication across the business, with genuine scope to introduce new systems, improve existing processes and create greater accountability.

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader from a complex, highly regulated manufacturing environment

Experience across product development, NPI, manufacturing or process engineering, engineering governance and technical documentation will be important, alongside the credibility and influencing skills to lead meaningful change.
