What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead workforce planning and global skills mapping initiatives
  • Design and embed internal mobility and talent development frameworks
  • Deliver future-focused Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies
  • Develop capability pathways and leadership development programmes
  • Shape and execute L&D solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Partner with senior HR leaders across the group to drive consistency and innovation
  • Champion data-driven performance management and succession planning
  • Work with third-party providers to deliver high-impact learning experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition & Learning/Development leadership
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational agility-hands-on yet visionary
  • Experience in a multinational or fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong collaborator, excellent communicator, and data-informed decision-maker
  • Experience with workforce planning, capability mapping and modern L&D tools
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent senior-level HR experience preferred
