What You'll Be Doing
- Lead workforce planning and global skills mapping initiatives
- Design and embed internal mobility and talent development frameworks
- Deliver future-focused Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies
- Develop capability pathways and leadership development programmes
- Shape and execute L&D solutions that deliver measurable value
- Partner with senior HR leaders across the group to drive consistency and innovation
- Champion data-driven performance management and succession planning
- Work with third-party providers to deliver high-impact learning experiences
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition & Learning/Development leadership
- Strategic mindset combined with operational agility-hands-on yet visionary
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong collaborator, excellent communicator, and data-informed decision-maker
- Experience with workforce planning, capability mapping and modern L&D tools
- CIPD qualification or equivalent senior-level HR experience preferred
