Head of Sustainability & ESG Strategy

An established manufacturing business is seeking a Head of Sustainability to be based in their Northampton office. You will lead the sustainability function, report to the operations executive committee and drive the company's ESG strategy, reporting, and decarbonisation efforts.

The role requires proven sustainability leadership in chemicals, FMCG, manufacturing or pharma, with a track record of embedding strategy and delivering Scope 3 improvements.
