Head of Strategy & Growth

One Agency Media is seeking a Head of Strategy in Manchester to build and lead the Strategy function from the ground up. You will guide strategic direction for new business, existing accounts, and OA's growth, working with Research & Insight and Sales to craft compelling client narratives.

You will manage and develop the Strategy Manager, with a clear path to expand the team as the function scales.
