Purpose

We're building a category-defining mental health and wellbeing platform with big ambition: to positively impact 1 billion lives. As we scale, our affinity strategy is a critical growth engine - and we need a proven commercial operator to lead it.

This role will own the securing, development and execution of strategic affinity partnerships - with telcos, banks, energy providers, travel, and more - building multi-party propositions that solve real customer problems, deliver differentiated value to partners, and drive mass distribution of JAAQ.

What You'll Do
  • Build, close, and scale multi-brand partnerships: Own the commercial design, negotiation, and delivery of landmark affinity deals that combine JAAQ's core IP with brand partners (e.g. telco x handset x health).

  • Craft the problem statement: Lead with insight - understand how 2-3 brands can solve a shared customer tension (e.g. "How do I give my child a safe, supported phone experience?") and create a joined-up solution.

  • Design and commercialise offers: Work cross-functionally to package compelling joint propositions across B2B2C and D2C - e.g. family phone plans bundled with JAAQ content, exclusive mental health offers for bank customers, etc.

  • Own the partner journey: Manage the full lifecycle from strategic targeting and pitch development through to closing, onboarding, and scaling partnerships.

  • Shape the vertical playbook: Develop replicable blueprints across verticals - starting with telco and handset (e.g. EE, Samsung, Apple), and expanding to sectors like banking, travel, and utilities.

  • Drive commercial outcomes: Deliver measurable impact on reach, revenue, and retention - both for JAAQ and its partners.

What You'll Need to Bring:
  • Deal-Closing Ninja: You've got a history of sealing big distribution deals in areas like telecom, banking, or insurance.

  • C-Suite Charmer: Comfortable talking strategy with top-level execs.

  • Partnership Pro: Deep experience in complex partnerships, especially in telco, media, or brand ecosystems (like EE, Samsung, Sky).

  • Strategic Closer: Proven ability to lead strategy and close large deals with many moving parts.

  • Creative Thinker: You know how to align different brands and messages to solve a problem.

  • Awesome Network: Connections in the telco, tech, and consumer brand worlds.

  • Go-Getter: Self-motivated, clear-headed, and can take ownership from start to finish.
