About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Strategic Finance to lead FP&A and strategic financial analysis during this exciting growth phase. You will be involved in all aspects of our business, supporting key decisions for our leadership team.

You will report directly to the Founders and collaborate closely with the Finance team and wider operational units.

About you

We're interested if

• You have 3-6 years of experience, currently working in a startup or VC environment.

• You may be in FP&A or a generalist role like VC analysis.

• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• You can analyze data, understand business context, and articulate insights.

• You have experience with strategic analysis, business cases, and financial modeling with cross-functional teams.

• You are proficient in presenting data visually and excel in Excel/gSheets.

• You have conducted financial or strategic analyses, even without a finance background.

• You are passionate about transforming clinical trials.

Responsibilities include:

Depending on experience, extensive training will be provided. Core areas include:

FP&A

• Providing financial insights to support strategy, growth, and fundraising.

• Building and maintaining financial models for planning and decision-making.

• Preparing financial forecasts aligned with company performance and strategic initiatives.

• Analyzing margins at company and account levels.

Executive Support

• Leading strategic projects with financial components.

• Supporting the Executive team to achieve operational goals.

• Assisting Founders with Board and investor materials.

Operations

• Collaborating on budgeting processes with operational leads.

• Monitoring budget variances and coordinating corrective actions.

• Working with ClinOps and Product teams on resourcing, forecasting, and accounting.
