Head of Solutions Engineering (AI & GTM)

OpenAI is seeking a Sales Engineering leader to oversee all technical aspects of the sales process for the Digital Natives segment, aligning customer-facing technical teams around a unified and exceptional experience across the customer lifecycle.

You will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, guiding them to deliver top-tier technical expertise while collaborating with Sales, Security, and Product to ensure cohesive engagement with clients and sustained value realization.
