Head of Software Support & Customer Excellence

System C is seeking a Head of Software Support in Leeds to lead our Support and Success function across multiple teams. You will set strategy, structure, and performance, ensuring reliable, high-quality service and outstanding customer experience.

You will drive operational excellence, own major incidents, and partner with Product and Engineering to prevent recurrence, while shaping a culture of continuous improvement and strong stakeholder engagement.
