Head of SME Customer Experience & Service Delivery

Business Stream, headquartered in the UK, seeks a Head of SME Customer Service to shape and deliver an outstanding SME customer experience. You will set the strategic direction for multi-channel contact and lead the delivery that brings it to life, balancing demand with capacity in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a 20+ strong team and two outsourced partner teams, driving continuous improvement, performance and high-quality customer outcomes across all touchpoints.
