Head of Site & Group Lead - Defence Test Facility

QinetiQ Limited invites applications for the role of GL and Head of Site at Shoeburyness. You will act as the Head of Site, representing the Operations Director and ensuring safe, compliant delivery of tests and trials within a high-hazard environment.

You will lead a senior team, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and align the local site with the Land and Weapons strategy to meet UK Defence business needs. 37 hours per week, on-site role.
