Head of Services & Operations Excellence

Burckhardt Compression AG. is seeking a Head of Services for the UK, based at our Bicester site.

You will report to the Managing Director, North West Europe, and drive performance across revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading Service Center, Field Service, Supply Chain, Sales and HR functions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, set local strategies, ensure safe operations, and build a high-performing team.
