The ideal candidate

• Possesses a Master's qualification in Education or a closely related discipline (essential requirement) Brings a minimum of five years' teaching experience at secondary level, with demonstrated leadership ability
• In depth understanding of the UK IGCSE curriculum and its application in the classroom
• Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of motivating both colleagues and students to strive for ongoing improvement
• Prior experience leading teams in an international school environment is considered an advantage
