Head of School: Visionary Primary Leader & Practice Mentor

East Midlands Academy Trust is seeking a Head of School for Naseby C of E School Academy. The role blends strategic leadership with an active teaching commitment, two days per week in the classroom, to maintain strong pupil learning and modelling high-quality teaching.

The successful candidate will drive a culture of excellence, strengthen community links, and uphold EMAT's values and Church of England ethos within the school.
