Head of School - Inspiring Leadership in Special Education

Penny Fields School in Leeds is seeking an inspiring Head of School to join its Senior Management Team. You will translate national and local strategy into strategic plans, oversee daily leadership, and ensure high standards of teaching, safeguarding, and pupil progress.

You will work with the Executive Principal to create a positive, safe culture and foster staff development, while leading curriculum delivery for pupils aged 2-19 with severe and complex needs.
