Job Description

ABR Talent is seeking a senior Customer Success leader to take the scaled CS function of a fast-growing SaaS provider. You will define operations, coach two CSMs and drive strategic customer conversations across a £4-5M ARR portfolio.

You'll balance executive stakeholder engagement with hands-on coaching, using health and product usage data to protect and grow revenue while aligning customer outcomes with the company's ambitious ARR goals.
