Job Description

ABR Talent is helping a fast-growing Regulatory Technology business scale its Customer Success function. You will lead two Customer Success Managers and shape how a modern scale CS organisation operates, influencing commercial outcomes across a £4-5M ARR portfolio and almost 1,000 customers.

In this senior leadership role you'll coach the team, own strategy, health and performance, and run executive customer meetings and business reviews.
