Head of Scaled Customer Success - Commercial Leader

ABR Talent l Customer Success Recruitment for Start-up & Scale-up SaaS businesses is recruiting a senior Customer Success leader for a PE-backed RegTech platform. You will lead two Customer Success Managers, own the strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio and drive executive-level conversations with key customers.

You'll combine coaching with hands-on engagement, guiding renewals, adoption and expansion while partnering with Account Management to maximise retention and revenue.
