Job Description

Regulatory Technology business in the UK is seeking a senior Customer Success Leader to define the operation of a scaled CS function and lead two Customer Success Managers. You will drive adoption, influence commercial outcomes, and own a £4-5M ARR portfolio with large, strategic accounts.

You'll coach your team and participate in executive discussions, ensuring customer value is delivered and renewal strategies are optimised across high-value customers.
