Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee SAP Application Management, including project implementation and ongoing maintenance under a "you build it, you run it" philosophy.

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 SAP Application Managers.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with operational needs.

  • Define and execute SAP application strategy.

  • Evaluate new SAP technologies and lead upgrade decisions.

  • Manage external SAP service providers and oversee the SAP application budget (eg, licenses).

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in SAP implementation and application support.

  • Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI, CO, FSCM, and integration with MM, SD, LE, and VIM (OpenText).

  • Experience with SAP IS-OIL and OpenText VIM architecture is a plus.

  • Basic ABAP and debugging skills preferred.

  • Familiarity with offshore delivery and PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; German skills highly valued.
