Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Head of Sales for UK and EU markets to build and scale the next generation of logistics solutions - bring your supply chain expertise and data driven approach to transform how enterprises move inventory globally.
AGL is an integrated, end to end, supply chain solution that simplifies the complex global logistics for enterprise customers and Amazon's selling partners. With AGL, businesses can seamlessly transport their inventory from the factory door (in overseas locations such as China and Vietnam) directly to locations in US, UK, EU and JP - all with a click of a button. AGL's aim is to optimise the end to end supply chain, allowing customers to focus on what they do best - building unique product offerings that their customers love.

You possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility, and attention to detail. You're deeply data oriented, understand global supply chain operations inside and out, and know how to translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions. You're comfortable being hands on while also setting strategic direction for your team. You have a proven track record of building and leading high performing sales teams.
Key Job Responsibilities- As the Senior Sales Leader, you will lead a team and be responsible for driving product adoption and business revenue across a wide range of customers.
- Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go to market strategy to drive AGL adoption among strategic and enterprise segments
- Leverage your deep expertise in global supply chain management to understand the unique needs of each customer category and provide data driven recommendations on how AGL can optimise their operations
- Set the vision for your team to define and drive bar raising marketing strategies across partner segments, working closely with internal management teams to achieve growth goals
- Team Development & Management
- Hire, train, and lead a high performing team of sales leads responsible for acquiring new customers and growing share of wallet with existing customers
- Provide hands on leadership and coaching to accelerate team performance and professional development
- Foster a culture of data driven decision making and customer centricity
- Sales Operations & Growth
- Accelerate the sales funnel by creating and implementing effective seller education strategies and scalable operating procedures
- Drive product adoption through deep understanding of customer requirements and strategic positioning of AGL's services
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product, storefront, support, and internal Amazon businesses, to drive key initiatives and improve the overall seller experience
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and hold regular business reviews to chart out long term strategies for growth and customer satisfaction
- Represent AGL in key internal meetings and external industry forums
- Build and maintain executive level relationships with strategic customers
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in analysing data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 6+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on new business development
- 2+ years of experience hiring, managing and growing high performing teams
- MBA, or Master's degree
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
