Head of Sales, UK - DOOH Adtech
£120K base + commission London (Hybrid)

We're representing a fast-growing DOOH Adtech innovator transforming programmatic OOH advertising. They're looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to lead the UK market, combining direct sales expertise with leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own UK sales strategy and execution, hitting ambitious revenue targets
  • Drive programmatic + DOOH business, building strong relationships with agencies, DOOH specialists, and brands
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a growing UK sales team
  • Represent the business in the market and at industry events
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in DOOH and programmatic sales leadership
  • Strong network across agency groups, DOOH specialists, and the wider digital/adtech ecosystem
  • Track record of closing major deals and driving revenue growth
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
