Export Sales Manager - Leisure Marine

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex (Relocation Package available)

Are you a proven sales professional with a passion for leisure marine activities? We are partnering with a world-leading specialist marine manufacturer to recruit an Export Sales Manager to drive business growth across Europe and beyond.

This is a hands on role where you'll manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, and OEMs, developing strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious sales targets. You'll also represent the brand at international exhibitions, provide technical guidance to customers, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver results.

What we're looking for:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling manufactured or distribution goods.
• Track record of business development and managing a diverse customer base.
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence both customers and distributors.
• Keen interest in leisure marine activities (sailing, yachting, kitesurfing, windsurfing, etc.).
• Comfortable making technical sales and presenting yourself and the brand confidently.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office; technical or engineering background advantageous.
