Key Responsibilities

• Leading and scaling lead generation teams (call centres, canvassers, digital funnels) to deliver a steady flow of qualified appointments.
• Driving and motivating in-home sales teams, ensuring they deliver a world-class consultative sales experience.
• Designing and executing a sales strategy that smashes ambitious growth targets.
• Recruiting, coaching, and inspiring managers and sales reps, creating a high-energy, high-performance culture.
• Using data and insights to track KPIs, spot opportunities, and continuously improve results.
• Working closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to keep the customer journey seamless from first call to installation.

Core Competencies

• A proven sales leader with experience running both lead generation and in-home sales teams.
• Someone with a track record of growing revenues fast and hitting ambitious targets.
• A coach and motivator who knows how to get the best out of people.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven, and able to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves day-to-day.
• Background in renewables, home improvements, utilities, or consumer services preferred.
