Head of Sales page is loaded Head of Saleslocations: Farnboroughtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 551559 Job TitleHead of Sales Job Description As a Head of Sales you will: • Professionalise the sales team by implementing structured KPIs, CRM tracking, and sales automation tools.• Drive new business growth by acquiring high-value advertisers and expanding direct brand relationships.• Ensure predictable, scalable revenue growth, balancing new client acquisition and upselling existing advertisers.• Establish a data-driven sales process to improve efficiency and accountability.• Optimise pricing, proposition and inventory strategy to maximise revenue potential.• Lead a high-performance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, ownership, and structured client engagement.• Set up B2B communications to drive lead generation at scale.• Translate evolving partner needs into compelling propositions and drive/provide input for product & service innovation.• Design tailored go to market strategies to unlock new countries and industries. You're the right fit if you have: • Industry Experience: 8+ years in digital ad sales, with experience across both agency and in-house teams.• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving high-growth ad revenue and leading teams.• Existing Client Network: Strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key industry players.• Leadership & Sales Operations: Experience building structured, KPI-driven teams with clear ownership and performance tracking.• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation, and data-driven sales techniques.• Strategic & Hands-On Experience: Ability to shape long-term sales strategy while also actively leading high-value deals.
