Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will play a crucial role in leading our sales and account management teams. You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and maximizing customer value in a fast-paced, IT B2B environment. As a key leader within the company, you'll drive the commercial success of our innovative EFB solutions, working cross-functionally with departments such as product, operations, and marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead & Grow:

  • Manage and mentor the current sales team, with the vision to develop and lead account management efforts in the future.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Drive Sales:

  • Set and exceed aggressive revenue targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead by example in sales execution, targeting new clients and markets.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Maximize customer value through upselling and account management strategies.

Strategic Vision:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and market opportunities, optimizing sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth in both existing and untapped markets.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to align sales strategies with product development and customer expectations.


What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing sales teams and delivering results.
  • Solid background in B2B sales, preferred in aviation software, SaaS, or related technology industries.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to execute hands-on and drive results.
  • Experience in account management, renewals, and upselling is highly valued.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and align sales with broader business objectives.
