Head of Sales - FMCG Growth Leader (National)

VanRath seeks an experienced Head of Sales to lead the commercial function of a UK-based FMCG distribution business. You will shape and execute the national sales strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive profitable growth across the UK market.

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will manage revenue opportunities, partnerships and major national accounts while guiding pricing, promotions and product development initiatives. A strategic yet hands-on leader is expected.
