• Receive 1-2 warm leads/month via the business development team-but you're expected to be proactive and self-sufficient in pipeline creation.
• Use multi-channel outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex printing packaging needs.
• A target-led, go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
