Head of S&C

Take charge of strength and conditioning provision for Kokoro Performance's racing drivers, including weekly programming, one-to-one coaching, longitudinal athlete-data analysis, research and adaptation of physical preparation to different racing categories, ages, weight requirements and international schedules.

Despite the Head title, this role aligns most closely with IQF Level 6 because the post holder takes autonomous responsibility for the organisation's S&C provision and long-term physical preparation of racing drivers, including weekly programming, individual coaching, athlete-data interpretation and research-informed programme development.
