Head of Risk & Compliance - Insurance (Solvency II)

The AA seeks a strategic Risk and Compliance leader to head AAUICL's Gibraltar-regulated insurance operations. You will shape risk appetite, ORSA, capital planning and regulatory reporting, engaging with the AAUICL Board and senior leadership.

Reporting to the CEO of AAUICL and with a functional line to the Group CRO, you will ensure effective risk management, manage a small team, oversee outsourcing, conduct and customer outcomes, and provide clear challenge to board level executives.
