Accountable for the full reward agenda across compensation, benefits, incentives and equity
Act as trusted advisor to ExCo, RemCo and senior stakeholders on all remuneration matters
Own Remuneration Committee processes, papers and governance in a plc environment
Design and deliver reward frameworks, policies and annual cycles
Ensure regulatory, governance and disclosure requirements are met
Build pragmatic, scalable reward processes and MI
Significant senior reward experience in financial services, including Remco and UK plc / listed company exposure
Strong understanding of UK governance, regulatory and disclosure requirements
Experience setting up or reshaping a reward function
Confident operating with senior stakeholders, including Board and ExCo but just as comfortble building relationships across the wider business and HR
Able to work work hands on as well as at a strategic level
