Job Description
Overview

Delighted to be retained by a fantastic Birmingham based company that is looking for a Head of Reward on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role sits on the SLT and is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's compensation and benefits strategy. This is a change and transformation led position that will require the unpacking and packing across all areas of reward and benefits to effectively build and design a reward philosophy that is aligned to business goals.
  • Managing a team of two across a UK headcount of c.1,400 and c.150 Internationally.
  • Ultimately responsible for all areas of compensation and benefits including managing salary structures, benefits & wellbeing, benchmarking, performance management, annual pay review processes and bonus schemes.
Requirements
  • Experience in a leadership and management position within compensation & benefits; preferably within Financial or Professional Services or similar environment.
  • Comfortable driving change and transformation within a reward setting.
  • Data-led with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in central Birmingham with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office.
