My client is an American listed automotive business with over 7,000 employees in the UK. They are relocating their head office function to Milton Keynes over the next month.
Job Description
The Head of Reward opportunity will be responsible for running the reward function with 1 assistant. The role will be hands-on and include harmonising the reward offering following the acquisition of a business.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a proven Reward professional, ideally with a background in harmonising terms and running complex commission models.
