About the role
DACH Head of Revenue Growth Management role reports to DACH Finance Director. Head of RGM will lead the coordinated approach to enhancing revenue growth, partnering with several collaborators including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Global Sales/RGM teams.
Objective is to drive winning growth strategies and organize pricing, promotion, mix management and trade investment workstreams to align with DACH Growth strategy. The leader drives a transformative approach to revenue growth planning. They lead proactive planning that is coordinated with our annual plan cycle and customer teams. The role is critical for turning strategy into action and drive execution via establishing right processes, systems and capabilities across teams. The aim is to increase return on investment and drive best capital allocation towards high growth levers.
Top Accountabilities
- Lead DACH 3 Years strategic plans in pricing strategies, promotional activities, assortment management, and trade funding with a transformative and new way.
- Orchestrate and deliver coordinated annual business planning with right prioritisation and complete RGM integration into customer business plans.
- Responsible for price strategy, price pack architecture, promo optimization strategy and Mix management. Shape trade investment agenda towards DACH growth ambition and company regional/global priorities.
- Synchronize commercial calendar in line revenue growth strategies and company goals ensuring the teams are fully equipped to win.
- Increase return on investment via portfolio price, promo and mix optimization plans.
- Drive RGM governance across teams with compliance to global pricing strategy standards and promo guidance.
- RGM Capability development for broader organization and RGM teams incl. right tools and systems integration.
- Drive internal and external benchmark capabilities and processes to understand industry trends as well as Diageo global toolkit, leverage best in class examples.
- Build high performing and engaged team.
About you
- 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG/Retail. Strong end to end commercial FMCG understanding.
- High standards of business analytical skills, attention to details. Self motivated and well organized approach to work.
- Ability to influence and achieve results by working with other teams around the world. Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Experienced at communicating and influencing at all levels across the organization including senior leadership.
- Able to excel when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated capability of strong team management and development with capability building.
