Head of Returns & Stock Exit Strategy

Argos, Coventry, is seeking a strategic Head of Returns & Stock Exit to lead the end-to-end strategy for returns, refurbishment, recycling and stock liquidation. You will own the P&L for this area and guide value recovery across the product lifecycle, working with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Digital teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders, shape operating models and drive change in a fast-moving retail environment while building and developing a high-performing team.
