This is a pivotal role in the next phase of our landlord services improvement journey.

We want residents genuinely at the heart of how we make decisions, design services and drive improvement. That means listening, acting on what residents tell us and demonstrating how their experience influences the services we provide.

You will lead our approach to resident engagement, complaints, customer insight, resident journeys and access, ensuring that resident insight becomes a powerful driver for continuous improvement across our landlord services.

We are looking for people who are ambitious for Ealing and ambitious for our residents. Leaders who are comfortable driving change, combine strategic thinking with a strong grip on delivery, and understand that lasting improvement comes from working with residents, colleagues and partners.
