Head of Research & AI-Driven Insights

Moonpig is seeking a senior Research leader to own the Research roadmap and drive customer insights across strategic initiatives. You will lead and develop the Research team, expand capabilities with new methods and AI, and scale the function across the business.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate customer evidence into actionable recommendations, and help shape product and commercial decisions through clear storytelling.
