Oliver Bernard have partnered with an ambitious AI fintech, looking for a Head of Research to take ownership of their AI research function.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you'll lead a small team while staying deep in the research, taking models from research to production.

• Building smaller, specialised models for millions of cases at scale
