Head of Refereeing & Referee Development

NI Sport Forum is looking for a Head of Refereeing to oversee all refereeing functions in Northern Ireland. This includes developing referees at various levels, as well as recruiting and retaining grassroots referees.

The role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. The salary range for this position is £30,000 to £51,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Referees' Committee to address all refereeing matters, including training and assessments.
