Head of Quality Enhancement & Standards (QuEST)

University of the West of Scotland seeks a strategic leader to head the Quality Enhancement and Standards Team (QuEST). You will provide governance and institutional guidance across QA and enhancement, with responsibility for driving a culture of continuous improvement at all campuses.

The role requires substantial senior management experience in higher education, strong data analysis, and the ability to lead change in a complex university environment. Travel across campuses is expected.
