What You'll Bring- Advanced academic background with a Master's degree or higher, ideally in chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial/process engineering, material sciences, or a related field
- A proven track record in Quality Management with state-of-the-art methodological know-how, ideally in product development, quality in manufacturing, and Supplier Quality Management
- Sharp business acumen, enabling you to balance technical expertise with strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership track record, including several years of managing international teams of 5+ people, with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive success in complex cross-functional matrix environments
- Experience with industrial mass production, ideally in chemical-and also mechanical-production is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills to perform successfully in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to regularly travel internationally, mainly in Europe and the US
