Head of Quality

Overview

A senior leadership role heading up Quality across UK & Ireland operations. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's Quality strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and embedding a culture of excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Quality Management System (QMS) across UK & Ireland.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, UK & Irish building regulations, and client requirements.
• Oversee audits, inspections, testing, and non-conformance processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive best practice across project teams.
• Provide training, coaching, and leadership to staff and subcontractors.
• Act as the senior point of contact for all quality matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Regular reporting to senior leadership on quality performance and initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Quality/QA leadership within construction.
• Strong knowledge of UK & Irish building regulations and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing Quality strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive solutions and improvements.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland.
