Head of Quality - Onsite Leadership & Quality Excellence

Leonardo is seeking a Head of Quality in Edinburgh to lead the Quality function, develop and improve processes, culture, safety and customer experience, enabling world-class support to customers and business growth.

You will work with IPTs to provide quality management focus, define assurance plans, and monitor metrics while coaching the team and reducing cost of non-quality through preventive actions. This role requires onsite presence and strong leadership.
